Plain-English summary: We collect only what we need to take and ship your order, answer you, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information.

ClipDesk is operated by Aidan Piecuch, a sole proprietor in California, United States. Contact: hello@getclipdesk.com.
2. What we collect
- Order information: your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number if you provide one, plus what you bought. Card details are entered with our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Email list: your email address if you sign up for launch updates or restock alerts.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or Instagram.
- Site usage (only if you accept analytics cookies): pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site, collected through Google Analytics.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may log your IP address and request details for security and reliability.
3. How we use it
- To take payment, ship your order, send receipts and shipping updates, and handle returns and support.
- To send updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
- To understand and improve the site, if you accept analytics.
- To prevent fraud and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed: our payment processor, our website host and form provider (Netlify), shipping carriers and label services, Google Analytics (only after you accept), and email tools we use to send updates. We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

See our Cookie Policy. Analytics cookies are off until you accept them, and you can change your choice any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for taxes, accounting, returns, and legal obligations. Email list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept as long as needed to help you.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA and CPRA, you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it; get a copy of it; correct it; delete it; and not be treated differently for using these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but you can ask us to confirm that. To make a request, email hello@getclipdesk.com. We may need to verify your identity, and an authorized agent may submit a request for you with your written permission. California residents may also ask which categories of personal information we shared with third parties for their direct marketing (we do not).
8. Children
Our site and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Do Not Track
Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals, but analytics stay off unless you accept them.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
